Meet
Tom Lamb
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Agilex
In
August, 2008, Tom Lamb became Chairman and CEO
of Agilex™.
His appointment to the leadership position at
Agilex heralds exciting advances for the company.
Tom brings to Agilex the experience and creativity
of an accomplished global business executive.
For the last 25 years, he has grown businesses
by utilizing his expertise in corporate strategy,
change management, operational excellence, organizational
development and environmental health and safety.
Before joining Agilex, Tom was CEO
of CP Kelco, the prominent food and specialty ingredient
supplier which was acquired by JM Huber Engineered Materials.
Tom had been President and CEO of Huber's Engineered Materials
business, setting the strategy for the CP Kelco acquisition.
During his six years at Huber, the company grew its revenue
from $700 million to $1.4 billion, employing more than
4,000 people. |
Prior
to Huber, Tom successfully led technology and
growth businesses at Lexmark International and
Allied Signal. At Lexmark, Tom was responsible
for all printers and supplies during a period
when that business experienced explosive growth.
At Allied Signal, Tom was instrumental in building
businesses in the areas of specialty materials
and chemicals.
Tom
holds a Bachelor's Degree from Union College,
Schenectady, NY, and an MBA from Stanford
Business School. |

to know Richard Green, Jr.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer
Agilex
Rich
Green comes to Agilex
with more than 25 years of experience in the
global Functional Food Ingredient and Specialty
Chemical industries. He has a broad-based background
in both public and private companies, having
held several senior financial and operating
management roles. He also brings a successful
record in leading the growth and integration
of multinational businesses.
Before
joining Agilex, he was CFO and senior executive
for U.S. and European sales and manufacturing
operations for OmegaTech, Inc., a private biotechnology
company. He later led that company to a
profitable exit via acquisition by Martek Biosciences,
Inc. |
Rich
held multiple roles with Pfizer, Inc. As Vice
President, Finance for the Food Science Group,
he served as CFO, responsible for directing the
group's financial and strategic business requirements. Rich
also held the position of Executive Vice President
for European and African Operations and was involved
in the successful divestiture of the Food Science
Group to Cultor, Ltd. He then joined Cultor Food
Science as President, Food Protectants Division.
Rich
began his professional career at General Dynamics,
Inc. after graduating from the University of
Rhode Island with a B.S. degree in Business
Administration. |

Get
to know Stuart A. Zlotnik
President, Fragrance Division
Agilex
Stu
Zlotnik leads Agilex's Fragrance Division and
brings 20 years of fragrance industry business
experience to the company.
He
was the founding entrepreneur and President of
AromaTech, Inc. in Branchburg, New Jersey and
played an integral role in the growth of the company
and in creating shareholder value prior to the
successful sale of the company. Before entering
the fragrance industry, Stu was a member of the
New York Mercantile Exchange and was self-employed
as a commodity futures Floor Trader, specializing
as a market maker in crude oil futures. Prior
to venturing out on his own, his career on Wall
Street began at Mel Schnell & Company as a
Floor Runner. Stu progressed through the ranks
to Arbitrage Clerk, Silver Futures and finally
as Manager, Floor Trading Operations on the New
York Commodity Exchange.
Stu
was awarded his B.A. degree with a concentration
in Communications along with minors in Business
and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. |
